Introduction of Wire Mesh Welding Machine
1. The control system adopts synchronous CNC technology, PLC program and HMI. It is easy and convenient to operate with the touching screen.
2. The cross wires are fed from the hopper device automatically and is controlled by step motor.The stepper motor drives the disk-type device to drop cross wires automatically. The store cross device has more capacity can load max 1 tons wires.
3. Adjustable distance of vertical wire that allows different hole size between the vertical wire, when input the distance of cross wire to touch screen, any mesh size can be made. Welding mesh size can be adjustable randomly within range.
4. Pulling mesh system is controlled by servo motor. The servo motor adopt Delta brand,high precision and big power.
5. The up and down of pulling hook is controlled by air cylinder. And the mesh pulling distance (cross wire space) is adjusted by PLC on touch screen.
6. Cast water-cooling welding transformer:160KVA*9PCS (51 welding electrodes) ——every 6 welding electrodes need one welding transformer.And the welding transformer is water cooling. Which has a longer service life.
7. Wire feeding way: The vertical wires pre-straighten pre-cut. The horizontal wires pre-straightened and pre- cut.
8. The bending machine will bend the mesh panel automatically after the pulling mesh car push the mesh panel under the bending machine. The bending machine can bend the mesh panel in the beginning, in the middle and at the end. The bending machine is controlled by the control cabinet. Finally. Details of Wire Mesh Welding Machine
1.Longitudinal wire feeding device
The longitudinal wire feeding system is a new design, which can place longitudinal wires quickly and accurately, automatic alarm in case of failure. The longitudinal wire with pre-loading hopper. Which can load 1500kg wires.
2. Longitudinal wire push device
This longitudinal wire push device is specially designed to make the longitudinal wire accurately reach the specified position and ensure that the grid standard has no error.
3. The connection between the welding transformer and electrodes uses copper block instead of soft copper leaf, which has better quality and conductive effect.
4. The electrode and copper base are all made of high chromium copper (CuCrZr), which is a special alloy material with wear resistance and high temperature resistance. Increase the service life of the electrode.
5. Pulling mesh device (By servo motor air cylinder controlled)
The mesh pulling repeatedly is to pull the welded cross wire out of the grid according to the
parameters set by the program, and according to the length of the mesh, it can realize mesh pulling repeatedly, so that the entire mesh is completely pulled out.

10. Cross wire feed hopper device
The stepper motor drives the disk-type device to drop transverse wires automatically. The store transverse wire device has more capacity can load max 1.5 tons wires.
The cross wire hopper is a feeding device that send straightens and cuts the fixed-length steel bars into the welding electrode position of the main welding machine according to the welding needs. The biggest feature of this hopper is that it is equipped with a cross wire storage silo and an automatic feeding device. The storage capacity is about 1.5 tons, which reduces manual feeding and secondary materials and improves production efficiency.
This hopper is composed of platform ladder, storage bin, and falling hopper, which is installed on the circulating mesh pulling frame.There are ladders on both sides of the hopper platform for easy operation. The storage bin is equipped with a set of magnetic motorized rollers. When rotating, the steel bars are adsorbed on the rollers and sent to the blanking and storage bin. The material storage bin is equipped with a position detection switch to control whether additional material is needed according to the amount of material prepared. The falling hopper uses a disc-shaped sheave to accurately hold the wire, and evenly feed each cross wire into the pusher position one by one according to the welding needs. The power of the wire holding is a 13.5N.m stepper motor.
